Chats are auto-assigned to the active executive who covers the customer's category and has the fewest open chats. An empty category list means the executive handles every category. The WhatsApp number is where new-lead alerts and customer messages are relayed — the executive can reply from their own WhatsApp by starting a message with #chatnumber.
